I did a lot of checking and finally decided on this netbook and I am very happy with my choice. Although the screen is only 1024 x 600 pixels I must say that I have been pleasantly surprised by the clarity of the screen. It is very clear. Much clearer in fact than other bigger laptops screens I have looked at. I think somehow this LCD seems to represent colors better. Like black is really black and colors are very vibrant. The big HD Disk Drive seems very fast and did better in my speed tests than drives in my Full Tower Computer. Plays every video I've thrown at it, and cruises the internet very well. The main reason I bought this, the battery life, is superb. Over a period of 5 days I have used this 1/2 hour to an hour each day, and finally needed to recharge today. So it does seems to hold charge OK when not in use in my experience. Build quality feels superb. Sound is great. The keyboard is perfect for me, and I have had no problems with it. I think they have found the perfect balance with weight and size.
