It's a netbook and it works just fine. It is easy to start, easy to access the internet, and a nice size. I plan on using this for more than just surfing--the keyboard is big enough for me. If I wanted it just for traveling, surfing, watch DVDs, and light email duty, then I would go with the 900HA, since it is lighter and a little smaller. The battery seems to last between 4-5 hours, depending on what I am doing, the screen is bright. The case is shiny and it picks up fingerprints, but it is easy to clean.
