Purchased the ASUS Eee PC 100HA as a replacement for a GPS. The unit I received seems well built and runs software well( good to get XP back).
Screen size is wonderful and almost too bright, I really had to dim it down the first night on the road; it was blinding, but guess that's a pro as most others I checked out were too dim.
Battery life running my GPS was about 4 1/2 hours( very good time but wish it had a DC converter as an option).
This netbook has worked well for me. It is nice to have the GPS, a word processor and wireless system all in one.
