I honestly think this is a great product, but the one I received was defective. The LCD screen had vertical lines where the pixels have gone bad. Also it may have been a used machine, because when I tryed to register it with Asus they returned that the serial # had already been registered. The return and refund process was satisfactory and without hitch.
