The hardware specs on this EeePC are decent for a laptop, and GREAT for the price. They're even better when the size of the product is taken into consideration. I've gotten countless compliments from jealous people over my unbelievably small laptop.
ASUS Support is particularly lacking though from my experience (not that you'll ever need to contact them). I had a problem with my laptop (that I caused due to my own error) and was looking for a backup copy of the original operating system sent to me. However, I never was able to get ahold of a representative when I called them several times over a few days.
